I will answer questions and offer guidance about your media and marketing projects and give you insider advice on what to do. I have more than 20 years of business experience and have spent more than 10 of those years in marketing.
This workshop is for all types of business leaders and individuals. Whether you are working on your first idea or you have been running a company for decades, this workshop is for anyone who wants to learn best practices, understand them, and implement them immediately.
Write It Darker Writing Workshop – 7pm CEST, Fridays
Every story has a dark side and a light side. In this workshop, we take an hour every Friday to focus on the benefits of writing darker. Although the workshop is for writers of all kinds, it was originally intended for horror writers. Therefore, we often use examples from the horror genre. Discussions also touch on other types of writing, including copywriting, memoir, and historical fiction.
Reading and writing fiction is my biggest passion. I have a bachelor’s degree in creative writing with a focus on short stories and poetry. I am working on self-publishing a novel at the moment. Join me to chat with your fellow writers and explore how dark themes and elements can be used in your writing. We’ll also dig into what dark writing is and what the word dark itself can actually mean.
Comedy Writing Workshop – 8 pm CEST, Fridays
This workshop is primarily for English-speaking comedians who want to improve their English writing skills to get bigger and better laughs. It’s also a place to develop your material in a relaxed, community atmosphere. Consider this to be a therapeutic space where you can let the practice of comedy writing lighten up your week, no matter how dark it’s been.
I am an avid show-goer in the Berlin comedy scene and an aspiring comedian myself. Simply put, I love stand-up. Join me and other aspiring and experienced comics who want to exchange experiences, tips, and advice with their fellow comedians. In addition to joke writing, we also discuss topics related to the work and business of stand-up.
